I got inspired looking at some Hugo Pratt, Corto Maltese drawings (especially this and this) over the weekend. Something about they way he draws his main character – always looking warm in his coat and looking like he is deep in thought. So I started doodling in my sketchbook which got me thinking of my friend Kevin’s short story of his character “Bertie” sailing home after the events of the Frozen North campaign.
